- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Raise and support vehicle using suitable lift.
- Remove catalyst support bracket mounting nuts, then battery feed wire.
- Remove starter mounting bolts.
- Remove starter solenoid from transaxle housing, then position starter to access posi-lock wiring connector.
