The air bleed valve is located on the front of the engine in the thermostat housing to engine outlet connector. There is a relief in the cylinder head for locating the air bleed. To bleed, open valve while engine is running until all has bled from cooling system.

- Close radiator drain hand tight.
- Attach approximately 48 inches of .250 inch I.D. clear hose to bleed valve.
