  • Remove front passenger seat.
  • Release ABS control unit electrical connector latch, then disconnect harness.
  • Remove ABS control unit four mounting screws, then the unit.
  • Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
    • Torque ABS control unit mounting screws to 108-144 inch lbs.
    • Torque front passenger seat bolts to 32-36 ft. lbs.
Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU)
  • Disconnect HCU electrical connector.
  • Disconnect pump motor connector from relay.
