  • Drain coolant into suitable container, then remove front bumper.
  • Remove radiator hoses from radiator.
  • Disconnect electrical connector from thermal switch.
  • Remove bowden cable on lock.
  • Remove one bolt from each longitudinal member, then install guide rods, tool No. 3411, or equivalent, Fig. .
  • On models equipped with A/C, remove condenser from radiator and secure to lock carrier.
  • Remove radiator bolts, then the radiator.
  • Reverse procedure to install.
