- Remove two self-tapping screws from control panel, then pull out control panel and center air vent.
- Disconnect control panel and center air vent electrical connectors, then remove control panel and center air vent.

- Remove two screws, then remove recirculation control motor and flange collar.

- Remove glove box.
- Cut plastic cross brace (A) in glove box opening, then remove cross brace and two mounting screws (B), Fig. .
- Remove filter lid from evaporator, then pull out lower and upper filter assembly.
