The mode door actuator is located on the upper lefthand side of the heater and A/C housing.
- Remove lefthand underpanel silencer and disconnect actuator electrical connector.
- Remove actuator retaining screws, then lower actuator. Because actuator shaft is keyed, it is important to note its orientation for installation reference.
- Reverse procedure to install. Ensure actuator shaft aligns with keyway.
