- Remove drive belt tensioner clip.
- Rotate tensioner counterclockwise with suitable 3/8 inch square drive bar and remove accessory drive belt.
- Disconnect compressor electrical connector.
- Remove mounting bolt and disconnect supply and return lines. Plug lines and openings.

- Open engine air bleed located on engine crossover pipe.
- Open heater air bleed located on expansion tank.
- Fill expansion tank until coolant flows from engine air bleed screw and tank is full.
- Close engine air bleed screw.
- Install expansion tank cap.
- Leave heater air bleed open.
- Start engine and set heater to 90°F.
