- Remove tensioner and idler, Fig. .
- Remove water pump attaching bolts, then the pump, Fig. .

- Use a new O-ring and gasket.
- Torque water pump mounting bolts to 14-19 ft. lbs.
- Torque water pump pulley bolts to 72-96 inch lbs.
