Fuel System Pressure Relief

On all models except 1990-96 300ZX, remove the fuel pump fuse from the fuse panel.
On 1990-96 300ZX, disconnect the fuel pump relay, located behind the lefthand side kick panel.
On all models, start and run the engine until it stalls.
After the engine stalls, crank two or three times to ensure all fuel pressure is relieved.
On all models except 1990-96 300ZX, turn the ignition Off, then install the fuel pump fuse.
On 1990-96 300ZX, turn the ignition Off, then connect the fuel pump relay.
