On some models equipped with OBD II, the MIL will also illuminate if the fuel tank filler cap is not properly tightened. Tighten fuel tank filler cap until it clicks.

The anti-lock warning lamp is used to warn of a system fault. The lamp will be lit during engine start-up, but should go out when the self-diagnostic system verifies proper anti-lock operation.
