- Suck brake fluid from expansion tank into suitable container using suitable suction bottle.
- Disconnect brake fluid level switch connector.
- Disconnect clutch hydraulic supply hose. Position line so that fluid does not drain. Plug or cap lines and openings.
- Disconnect expansion tank booster vacuum hose.
- Remove mounting bolt and expansion tank.
- Remove battery.
- Disconnect clips, lock and connectors, then remove Engine Control Module (ECM).
- Remove battery box mounting bolt and disconnect clips.
