- Remove air cleaner assembly.
- Remove Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor.
- Remove upper fan shroud.
- Remove drive belt.
- Remove fan and fan blade clutch assembly.
- Remove water pump pulley.
- Disconnect coolant bypass hose and clamps.
- Disconnect radiator outlet hose from water pump.
- Remove four water pump bolts, then the water pump.
- Reverse procedure to install.
