- Measure power supply voltage between automatic amplifier terminal Nos. 26, 27, 33 and body ground.
- Power supply voltage should be approximately 12 volts.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position.
- Inspect ground circuit continuity between automatic amplifier terminal No. 32 and body ground. There should be continuity.

Remove defective components. Add the proper amount of oil to each replacement component. Most recovery/recycling equipment will measure the amount of oil being removed. This is the amount of oil to be added back to the system, follow manufactures instructions provided with the recovery/recycling station.
