- Remove two screws which secure radiator grille and remove grille for access.
- Release and reposition spring clip, and disconnect hose from charge air cooler radiator.
- Slacken hose retaining clip and reposition clip along hose.
- Disconnect hose from radiator.
- Release and reposition hose clip, and disconnect bottom hose from thermostat cover.
- Release and reposition hose clips, and disconnect two sections of molded hose from air charge cooler.
