- Recover refrigerant as outlined under .
- Remove mounting bolt and disconnect air conditioner line. Plug line and opening.
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove mounting bolts and lower radiator splash shield.
- Disconnect clips and remove radiator splash shield.
- Remove mounting bolt and disconnect condenser line. Plug line and opening.
- Remove mounting bolts and condenser, Fig. .
- Reverse procedure to install. Torque line mounting bolts to 71 inch lbs.

- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Disconnect air cleaner outlet tube as outlined under "Radiator, Replace."
- Remove engine cover retaining bracket.
- Remove mounting bolts, front cover and thermostat, Fig. .
- Intake air temperature sensor electrical connector and engine breather hoses.
- Reverse procedure to install using new O-ring. Torque mounting bolts to 13 ft. lbs.
