- Open expansion tank cap to speed drainage.
- Drain coolant into a suitable container, then remove air cleaner.
- Disconnect coolant hose at turbocharger.
- Remove air duct between collector casing and turbocharger intake pipe.
- Cut two cable ties securing main engine wiring harness.
- Relieve serpentine belt tension using a suitable ratchet handle, then secure tensioner with a 3.5 MM drill bit.
- Mark running direction, then remove serpentine belt from power steering pump and water pump pulleys.
