- Remove radiator upper mountings.
- Disconnect refrigerant lines at condenser, then cap all openings. Discard O-rings.
- Remove condenser upper mounting, then move radiator to engine side and condenser to radiator side.
- Remove condenser mounting bolts and the condenser.

- Remove engine appearance cover mounting nuts, then the cover.
- Remove air cleaner hose and resonator assembly.
- Disconnect heater hoses as required.
- Disconnect ECT sensor electrical connectors.
- Remove wiring harness protector mounting nut, disconnect clamp, then move protector away from cylinder head.
