  • Rotate belt tensioner clockwise and remove accessory drive belt.
  • Remove three mounting bolts and position compressor aside. Do not disconnect air conditioning lines.
  • Remove four mounting bolts and water pump pulley.
  • Remove three mounting bolts and thermostat housing.
  • Remove four mounting bolts and water pump.
  • Remove dowel pins from engine block.
  • Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
