- Remove mounting nut, then disconnect supply and return lines. Plug lines and openings.
- Remove mounting bolt and receiver.
- Reverse procedure to install. Torque receiver mounting nut to 62 inch lbs., and line mounting bolt to 71 inch lbs.

- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Remove mounting screw and driver footwell duct.
- Disconnect cool air by-pass servo motor connector.
- Remove mounting screws and brackets, then the mounting screws and matrix clamps.
- Disconnect matrix lines.
- Remove mounting screw, plate and heater matrix.
- Reverse procedure to install. Lubricate new O-rings.
