- Recover refrigerant as outlined under .
- Remove radiator as outlined under "Radiator, Replace."
- Disconnect dual pressure switch.
- Remove evaporator to condenser tube.
- Remove evaporator to receiver drier tube.
- Remove three cooling fan support rails to condenser mounting bolts.
- Remove condenser, then the adapter block from receiver drier.
- Remove receiver drier from condenser bracket.
- Remove receiver drier bracket from condenser.
- Reverse procedure to install. Install new O-rings.

- Remove upper fan cowl.
- Remove fan using fan wrench tool Nos. LRT-12-093 and LRT-12-094, or equivalents.
- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Remove upper radiator mounting screws and lower fan cowl.
- Disconnect thermostat housing hoses.
- Disconnect upper, lower and bleed radiator hoses.
- Remove front grille, then the lefthand and righthand air deflectors.
- Disconnect transmission oil temperature sensor, Fig. .
