- Drain engine coolant into suitable container.
- Remove lower radiator hose from engine coolant inlet side, Fig. .
- Remove engine coolant inlet and thermostat.
- Reverse procedure to install. Install thermostat with jiggle valve facing upwards. Deviation must be within 10°.
