Vehicle: 2003 Saturn ION 2.2 L4 GAS
- Remove battery and drain coolant into suitable container.
- Disconnect cooling fans electrical connectors and slide electrical connectors out of retainers.
- Remove pusher fan electrical harness from fan shroud retaining tabs.
- Remove wiring harness from clamp on fan shroud.
- On models equipped with automatic transaxle,remove upper transaxle cooler lines from radiator end tank. Cap line.
- On all models, remove upper radiator hose from radiator.
- Remove mounting bolts and fan shroud.
