- Disconnect heater hoses from heater core.
- Remove instrument panel as outlined in "Instrument Panel, Replace."
- Remove blower unit housing as outlined in "Blower Motor, Replace."
- Remove case retaining clips, then separate upper and lower blower unit housing case halves.
- Remove heater core.
- Reverse procedure to install.
