- Disconnect 7P electrical connector from air mix control motor, Fig. .
- Remove air mix control rod from control linkage.
- Remove self-tapping screws, then control motor.
- Reverse procedure to install. Ensure control rod is properly engaged with linkage.
Rear
- Remove center console as outlined in "Dash Panel, Replace."
- Disconnect 7P electrical connector from air mix control motor, Fig. .

BRAKE SERVICE PROCEDURES FOR 2004 Acura RSX AUTOMOBILES
Acura -> Power Brake Units -> Adjustments -> Brake Pedal Height -> Pushrod Clearance

Brake Pedal Height
- Disconnect brake switch connector.
- Loosen brake switch locknut and back switch off until no longer touches brake pedal.
- Turn up floor mat and measure pedal height from lefthand center of pedal pad
- Loosen locknut and turn pushrod to specified height, Fig. .
- Torque locknut to 11 ft. lbs.
- On 3.2CL, 3.2TL and 3.2RL models, turn in brake light switch until plunger is fully depressed. Back switch off 1/4 turn to .01 inch clearance. Tighten locknut.

- Loosen wheel nuts slightly.
- Raise and support vehicle and support it with safety stands in proper locations.
- Remove wheel nuts and front wheels.
- Lift up locking tab on spindle nut then remove nut.
- Drain transmission fluid and reinstall drain plug using a new washer.
- Hold stabilizer ball joint pin with a hex wrench and remove flange nut.
- Separate front stabilizer link from lower arm.
