Before adding or replacing engine coolant, ensure product compatibility with the system being serviced. If using orange silicate-free coolant, do not mix with green silicated coolant. If mixed, premature engine, heater core or radiator corrosion may result.

- Remove caps, mounting nuts and wiper arms.
- Remove lefthand and righthand air intake protective grill rubber seals.
- Remove expanding rivets and air intake protective grill.
- Remove mounting bolts and wiper console. Disconnect connector.
- Disconnect clamping straps and remove three fan covers.
- Disconnect connectors and clip, then remove blower motor.
- Reverse procedure to install. Torque wiper arm mounting nuts to 18 ft. lbs.
