  • Remove mounting screws and heater core access cover.
  • Remove heater core.
  • Reverse procedure to install. Torque heater core access cover mounting screws to 17 inch lbs.

  • Remove righthand close out insulator panel from below instrument panel.
  • Remove instrument panel storage compartment door.
  • Disconnect blower motor electrical connector, then remove blower motor mounting screws and blower motor.
  • Reverse procedure to install noting the following:
    • Torque blower motor mounting screws to 18 inch lbs.
    • Torque insulator panel mounting screws to 22 inch lbs.
    • Torque glove compartment mounting screws to 22 inch lbs.
