After filling cooling system, start engine and allow to reach operating temperature with radiator cap installed. After the engine has reached normal operating temperature, shut the engine off and allow it to cool. Add coolant as required.

- Remove windshield wiper arms, then the weather-strip along front edge of cowl plenum cover/grille panel.
- Remove four plastic nuts that secure cowl plenum cover/grille panel near base of windshield.
- Remove two plastic rivets that secure each side of cowl plenum cover/grille panel to cowl plenum panel and cowl top panel.
- Lift cowl plenum cover/grille panel far enough to access windshield washer hose near right end of plenum and disconnect.
- Disconnect vacuum hose from reservoir, remove three reservoir attaching screws, then the reservoir.
