After filling cooling system, start engine and allow to reach operating temperature with radiator cap installed. After the engine has reached normal operating temperature, shut the engine off and allow it to cool. Add coolant as required.

These engines do not require a specified bleed procedure. After filling cooling system, run engine to operating temperature with radiator/pressure cap off. Air will then be automatically bled through cap opening.

Whenever the condenser is being replaced, note the locations of all of the radiator and condenser air seals. These seals are used to direct air through the condenser and radiator and prevent overheating.

- Recover refrigerant as outlined under , then disconnect discharge line fitting at condenser inlet and plug open lines.
- Disconnect liquid line refrigerant line fitting at condenser outlet, then plug open lines.
- Remove condenser and radiator as an assembly as outlined under "Radiator, Replace."
