Vehicle: 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4.0 L6 GAS
- Disconnect negative battery cable at battery.
- Remove radiator cap.
- Remove condenser lower seal from lower core support.
- Drain coolant into a suitable container.
- Remove radiator upper and lower hose clamps.
- Remove radiator hoses.
- Disconnect coolant reserve/overflow tank hose from radiator.
- Remove reservoir tank and power steering reservoir and position out of way.
- Remove four fan shroud mounting bolts. Position fan shroud back over fan blades.
- On models with automatic transmission, disconnect and plug automatic transmission fluid cooler lines.
