Radiator, Replace
Vehicle: 2004 Land Rover Discovery 4.6 V8 GAS
- Remove battery cover.
- Remove upper fan cowl.
- Attach holding tool No. LRT-12-093, or equivalent, to viscous cooling fan, then remove fan attaching bolt and the fan.
- Drain cooling system.
- Remove lower fan cowl attaching screws, then the fan cowl.
- Disconnect lower radiator hose from thermostat housing.
- Disconnect top hose and bleed hose from radiator.
- Remove front grill as follows:
- Remove turn signal lamps.
- Remove headlamp trim finishers.
- Remove grill attaching screws and fasteners, ...
