- Drain cooling system.
- Disconnect heater core coolant hoses.
- Remove instrument panel as outlined under "Instrument Panel, Replace."
- Disconnect blower motor.
- Remove blower housing.
- Disconnect two heater drain tubes.
- Remove console bracket from tunnel.
- Disconnect radio antenna cable from behind heater pipes.
- Remove four heater mounting nuts and one bolt.
- Remove heater.
- Remove heater tube brackets.
- Remove coolant tubes.
- Remove heater core.
- Reverse procedure to install. Install new O-rings lub...
