Never remove radiator cap when engine is hot. Serious burns could occur from high-pressure engine coolant escaping from radiator. Perform procedure when engine is cold.
- Remove engine room cover.
- Drain engine coolant from radiator into a suitable container.
- Remove air cleaner and air duct assembly.
- Disconnect A/T fluid cooler hoses.
- Install blind plug to avoid leakage of A/T fluid.
- Disconnect radiator upper and lower hoses from radiator.
