- Raise and support vehicle, then remove tire and wheel assemblies.
- Remove anti-rattle spring from outboard side of caliper and adapter.
- Remove caps, guide pin bolts and caliper.
- Remove pads.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
- Press caliper piston back into piston bore of caliper.
- Apply brake pedal several times, then inspect master cylinder brake fluid level and adjust fluid.

- Remove center floor console and lower parking brake handle.
- Position lever to its fully released position.
- Tighten adjusting nut on parking brake lever output cable until approximately 1.02 inch of thread is past edge of adjusting nut.

Pressure Bleed
Use bleeder tank tool No. C-3496-B, or equivalent, and adapter tool No. BB400-9A, or equivalent, to pressurize hydraulic system.
Normal pressure bleeder pressure should not be more than 35 psi. On models equipped with plastic reservoirs, do not exceed 25 psi bleeding pressure.
- Attach suitable clear plastic hose to bleeder screw and submerge other end into clear container with clean brake fluid.
- Open bleeder screw at least one full turn.
- Bleed 4-8 ounces of fluid through system until air free flow is maintained.
- Repeat procedure at all screws.

Brake System Bleed
The Teves anti-lock brake system must be bled as two independent braking systems. The non-ABS portion of the brake system should be bled the same as any non-ABS system. The ABS portion of the system requires the use of a DRB, or equivalently programmed scan tool.
