To ensure the control unit memorizes the correct ID, the vehicle with the new sensor must be at least 10 ft. from any other TPMS pressure sensor not installed on that vehicle.
When replacing the TPMS control unit, use a suitably programmed scan tool to memorize IDs.

The Low Tire Pressure Warning lamp will illuminate briefly as a bulb check when the ignition switch is placed in the On position. If low tire pressure is detected, the low tire pressure warning lamp will illuminate along with the appropriate tire indicator shown on the multi-information display.
