- Remove radiator surge tank.
- Reposition heater hose inlet clamp at heater core.
- Remove heater inlet hose from heater core.
- Reposition heater core inlet hose clamp at thermostat housing.
- Remove hose from thermostat housing.
- Remove hose from vehicle.
- Reverse procedure to install.
