This vehicle is equipped with two types of hydraulic brake pipe flares and components, there is a first design and a second design, Fig. . Do not mis-match flare types or component, damage and or fluid leaks may occur.

This procedure requires a scan tool to cycle the system solenoid valves and runs the ABS pump to purge air from the secondary system. The automated bleed procedure opens the secondary system circuits allowing trapped air to flow outward toward brake corner components such as wheel cylinders and calipers.
