Vehicle: 2006 BMW M3 3.2 L6 GAS
Do not move vehicle with engine power once driveline shaft has been removed.
- Remove complete exhaust system bolts and nuts.
- Remove rear heat shield.
- Remove bolts from transmission companion flange.
- Remove driveshaft rear axle nuts.
- Press constant velocity joint off drive flange using suitable tool. Do not let driveline shaft fall into joints. Joints and rubber sleeve can be damaged on constant velocity joint.

The CV drive shafts differ in length. If required, mark CV drive shafts. The left CV drive shaft is shorter than the right CV drive shaft.
