The MIL will illuminate to indicate that a system fault has been detected. The MIL will blink simultaneously with the red Light Emitting Diode (LED) on the Electronic Control Module (ECM). Following diagnosis and repair of all system faults, reset the MIL lamp. The DTCs can be cleared by placing the ignition switch in the off position. After approximately 10 seconds, place ignition switch in the on position engine not running. Depress the accelerator pedal to change from Mode II to Mode I. Place ignition switch in off position....
