Removal
- Loosen the lug nuts.
- Raise and support vehicle with jack stands, then remove the wheel and tire assembly.
- Release the air pressure from the tire.
- Using a suitable tire changer, remove the tire from the wheel.
- Remove the screw attaching the tire pressure sensor to the valve stem, Fig. .
Installation
Use a new grommet when installing the tire pressure sensor.
- Align the tire pressure sensor with the valve stem hole, Fig. .
- Install and tighten the tire pressure sensor nut to 72 inch lbs.
- Using a suitable tire changer install the tire to the wheel...
