Vehicle: 2007 Land Rover LR3 SE 4.0 V6 GAS
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Release two clips, disconnect breather hose, then remove air cleaner outlet pipe and intake air resonator.
- Release coolant expansion hose, fan wiring harness clip, and fan shroud clips, then remove fan shroud.
- Disconnect cooling fan control electrical connector.
- Remove viscous fan, using suitable fan removal tools. Fan is righthand thread.

Vehicle: 2007 Land Rover LR3 HSE 4.4 V8 GAS
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Raise and support vehicle. Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support vehicle on safety stands.
- Remove front wheel.
- Remove bolts and engine undershield.
- Remove screw and engine compartment upper right heat shield.
- Remove three upper suspension arm and brake line heat shield nuts, bolts, and shields.
- Disconnect height sensor link arm.
- Remove stabilizer bar link nut. Use a wrench on hexagon provided to prevent ball joint rotating.
