Vehicle: 2008 Scion XB 2.4 L4 GAS
- Disconnect battery ground cable. After removing battery ground cable wait 90 seconds to prevent air bag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
- Raise vehicle on suitable lift.
- Remove bolts from righthand rear engine under cover.
- Rotate or lift belt tensioner arm clockwise, using a suitable tool to relieve tension from drive belt.
