- Grasp intake manifold cover and disconnect studs.
- Remove intake manifold cover, oil fill cap and insulator. Install oil fill cap.
- Rotate power steering pump belt tensioner pulley clockwise and remove belt.
- Lower vehicle.
- Remove charge air cooler inlet pipe mounting bolt at rear bracket.
- Remove mounting nut and charge air cooler rear bracket.
- Remove charge air cooler inlet pipe mounting bolt at front bracket.
- Loosen charge air cooler clamp at inlet pipe. and inlet pipe clamp at pipe.
- Remove charge air cooler inlet pipe.
