- Remove battery cover and disconnect battery ground cable.
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove front right wheel.
- Remove righthand inner fender.
- Relieve belt tensioner and unhook belt using a 1/2 in. breaker bar.
- Remove bolt from lower suspension arm ball joint and place wedge tool No. 83 95 238 or equivalent between suspension arm and anti-roll bar.
- Tap drive shaft out of intermediate shaft with a brass drift and large hammer. Move aside drive shaft.
