- Remove intake manifold cover from studs.
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Turn power steering pump belt tensioner pulley clockwise and remove belt.
- Lower vehicle.
- Remove charge air cooler inlet pipe mounting bolt at rear bracket.
- Remove mounting nut and charge air cooler rear bracket.
- Remove charge air cooler inlet pipe mounting bolt at front bracket.
- Loosen charge air cooler clamp at inlet pipe. and inlet pipe clamp at pipe.
- Remove charge air cooler inlet pipe.
