Radiator, Replace
Vehicle: 2010 Toyota Prius 1.8 L4 ELECTRIC/GAS
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Remove lefthand engine under cover.
- Remove righthand engine under cover.
- Remove front bumper assembly.
- Disconnect cable from negative battery terminal.
- Drain cooling system into a suitable container by loosening drain plug of radiator.
- Remove battery.
- Remove thermistor assembly.
- Disconnect radiator reserve tank hose from radiator assembly.
- Disconnect No. 1 radiator hose from radiator assembly.
- Disconnect No. 2 radiator hose from radiator assembly.
- On models with automatic transaxle, disconnect oil cooler hose.
- On all models, remove two bolts and two upper ...

- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Drain cooling system into a suitable container by loosening drain plug of radiator.
- Reposition hose clamp at heater core.
- Remove hose from heater core.
- Reposition hose clamp at water outlet.
- Remove hose from water outlet.
- Remove hose from vehicle.
- Reverse procedure to install.
