  • Disconnect both vacuum lines.
  • Remove clip, then disconnect actuating rod.
  • Depress and turn vacuum element to the left at same time, removing element.
  • Reverse procedure to install.

FOOTWELL FLAPS

  • Remove function select control unit as previously described.
  • Remove vacuum line.
  • Disconnect actuation rod from lever.
  • Remove vacuum element from holder.
  • Reverse procedure to install.

CENTER NOZZLE FLAP

  • Remove heater core as described under "Heater C... "
