- Remove coolant expansion reservoir mount bolts at front crossmember.
- Disconnect fan connector.
- Disconnect coolant lines from top and bottom of fan shroud.
- Remove clamps and fan shroud.
- Disconnect coolant hoses.
- Loosen belt pulley bolts and washers, then remove drive belt.
- Remove mounting bolts and water pump pulley.
- Remove mounting bolts and water pump.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting following:
- Clean coolant pump sealing surfaces.
