- Disconnect blower motor lead connector from wiring harness hard shell connector.
- Remove blower motor cooling tube from blower motor.
- Remove blower motor retaining screws, Fig. .
- Rotate blower motor slightly to the right so bottom edge of mounting plate follows contour of wheel well splash panel. Then lift blower motor up and out of housing assembly.
- Reverse procedure to install.
- Rearm air bag system as described under .
