  • Ensure level of brake fluid in reservoir is at least 1/2full during bleeding operation.
  • Install brake bleeder adapter tool No. J39801, or equivalent, to master cylinder reservoir.
  • Charge pressure bleeder with 20-25 psi of compressed air.
  • Connect pressure bleeder to brake bleeder adapter.
  • Raise and support vehicle.
  • Attach a transparent hose over valve, then submerge other end of hose in a transparent container filled with brake fluid.
