Serpentine Drive Belt, Replace -> Air Conditioning with Power Steering -> Air Conditioning without Power Steering -> Alternator

Air Conditioning without Power Steering
- Disconnect battery ground cable from battery.
- Loosen drive belt idler pulley nut.
- Loosen idler pulley adjusting bolt until there is enough slack to remove A/C compressor drive belt.
- Remove A/C compressor drive belt from drive belt idler pulley.
- Clean and inspect belt surfaces of all pulleys.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
- Torque drive belt idler pulley nut to 27 to 38 ft. lbs.

- Disconnect battery ground cable from battery.
- Remove air cleaner intake tube and engine air cleaner.
